Please observe the following when making an appointment:

• Appointments are in real time, NOT Berkeley Time.
• You must be on time to your appointment.
• If you choose to schedule an in-person appointment, please be aware that you must wear a face covering and be in good health. You will check in for your appointment at the computer kiosk when you arrive.
• If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
• If you cannot keep your appointment, please cancel online from the 'Upcoming Appointments' tab above.
